CTrailhead Badge Error

Can you please cross check the above badge? AND please let me know why this error is coming when we click the "verify step" button is clicked after all the steps has done properly and also Data is also changed in SFDC  when the action is performed in Heroku.
data is reflecting in sf org from heroku app,even the heroku account is from 'US' region.
Completed Step 2, Provision the Heroku Connect add-on. Filled out Phone Number changer form, and record successfully updated in my dev org. However, when I went to verify the step, got this error:
Step Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
The 'Tim Barr' contact record was not updated correctly in Salesforce. Please check your Heroku Connect setup. 
Note: you may run into errors if you've skipped previous steps.

Please advise. Thanks!
