I have a custom object called "File_load" with a master relationship to case.  A case is created for every file that will need to be loaded, and a parent case is assigned for all files that should be loaded in the same week.  What I need to occur is either update a field on the parent case or create a File_load record related to the parent case then use whichever to trigger a File_load record to be created for each child ticket.
