I have been searching a lot, it seems like there is no solution in PHP using Metadata API.  I want to create List View in Contact/Lead Object. 
Metadata wsdl has MetadataService service name, but there is no implementaion in the class SforceMetadataClient.php from PHP-Force-Tool-Kit  . In Apex there is MetaDataService class using which one can create a ListView. But I'm working in PHP, it would be helpful to see if we can create a list view in pho using MetaData Api.

I would like to create a ListView with a PHP script, using API connection.
