We want to take the backup of metadata Or Configurations of  Pardot (Account Engagement) sandbox before we will refresh it from Production.

Is there any way to take the backup of  Pardot Sandbox metatdata or configurations?

Please suggest?

We have developed the application in lightning.

This application contains below list of lighting components
1. Filter
2. Search grid
3. Send list

User will select the filters from the filter section. 
For the provided filters user can see the list of the records in the search grid. 
From the search grid, user can select the record and click on the add button. 
As the user will click on the add button, the selected records will be removed from the search grid and added to the send list.

This scenario works for some time and for some time it is not working. Data is getting inserted to send list but not removed from the search list.
Can anybody please help me why this is happening?
