Unable to rebuild Entourage Database

When I try to open Entourage, it pop ups the message
“Entourage cannot access your data. To try to fix the problem, rebuild database.”
 
I tried rebuilding the database using Inbuilt utility but it stops in the middle phase. Using Entourage 2008.

Please help!
