I'm trying to connect from sandbox to sandbox following this article: http://help.skuid.com/m/models-conditions-filters/l/522611-access-data-across-multiple-salesforce-orgs-using-the-salesforce-data-source-type. I'm pretty sure I have everything setup right.

I'm tried the following and none of them work.

Prod: https://login.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/authorize
Sandbox: https://test.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/authorize
Sandbox Full: https://fullskope--full.cs60.my.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/authorize

Please help if you know what to do.
how do I open a  ticket to contact sales support? I start here: https://help.salesforce.com/home > Technical Support > I click Go > https://help.salesforce.com/support > I click on Contact US > Then it asks me to login @ https://login.salesforce.com/?startURL=https%3A%2F%2Flogin.salesforce.com%2Fservices%2Fauth%2Fsso%2F00D30000000XsfGEAS%2FHTAuthProvider%3FstartURL%3D%2Fapex%2FHelp_Home%26site%3Dhttps%3A%2F%2Fhelp.salesforce.com and it keeps on looping. What do I do or go to actually log a ticket?
I'm working through the Trailhead, and in there the challenges mention a trigger being "active".

I can't find a means to make a trigger "inactive" or "disabled", other than deleting it.   This would be very convenient.  I feel like I must be mssing something somewhere.

Thx, Bob
