Hi Developers,

I'm a salesforce admin, but i've been away from salesforce for the past year.
I'm working on a Non profit organization and they are using salesforce. In the past they ask for a web form for a 
membership subscription (http://udream.force.com/HomePage?idForm=a0d2400000DMM7P)
The problem is that the consultants are asking for a lot of many to make some changes in this form, and I would like to help them and avoid pay like 25k. 
Can you please help me find the form set up, so I can change and create new fields?
