I have one custom VF page. I want to open th vf page on button click at lighting community. How can I achieve the functionality.

I have created a list button at related list object of account.
I used button type list with URL. But it is not working.
below URl I passed in button body.
{!$Site.Prefix}/apex/Address?accId={!Account.Id }&retURL=%2F{!Account.Id }
Please help and guide me.

Hi.
I have this custom button that works fine in regular UI but not in communities.  How do I make this work in communities.
