But in Setup | Customize - The Knowledge Settings does no appear, any clue ?

I was doing

And I did several times activate the Service Cloud license and entered to Create | App - Sample Console - but in it does not appear Service Cloud to put visible.

Anyone anything that can solve ? I read in the forum and I was making it correct but fail.

Anyone had problem finding the Joined Reports Field to make a report? In mine it does not appear. Only Tabular, Matrix and Summary. Thanks
