For some or our client sandboxes when I am making Identity URL request to get url for SOAP I get a 404 Bad_Id error. Access token works very well for REST API calls but when I need to get URL for SOAP API info request fails. Same code works well for 99% of other clients. ORG and instance IDs in path part of "ID URL" are correct too.
