When we send an email from Outlook via Inbox to an Opportunity, it loses all its formatting (bold/bullets/etc). It's hugely WORSE when it's a threaded email (like a post someone responded to, then someone else responded to, etc). For a long email, it is super difficult to read. Is there any fix for this? Thank you. :-)
