SOQL query to retrieve all for all tasks/emails related to an opportunity

I need a SOQL to retrieve only the emails we have sent/received for an specific opportunity.
I'm new to Salesforce, so I'm not sure how or if this is possible.

how can I query for all emails related to an opportunity

From my controller, I need the retrieve all emails related to an specific opportunity.
I noticed when I create a new event as an email, I can grab it from the event object.
But that is an event, I'm looking for the actual email
I'm new to salesforce, so any help will be greatly appreciated!

I will like to test a change I made in my sandbox. But for that I would need to login in the sandbox as a different user.

I need to login as a different user in my sandbox environment so that I can test an update I made. Is that possible?
