Hi All,

I am facing some issue to complete the step 6 (Build case and agent automation) of 'Service cloud specialist' super badge. Everything is well configured in the system and I am also getting the mails from Salesforce for the same. Please find the screenshots. I am not sure what I am missing here.

The error I am getting on checking this challenge is - "Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
We can't find the 'Send Email' macro. Ensure the Macro sends an email to the customer."

Request you to help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,
My scenario is - Approval workflow assignment based on Amount. If approval is not completed 24 hours from creation date, update assignment to Secondary Approver. Update the approval workflow as follows:
||Min ||Max||Approver||Secondary Approver||
>25 up to 50: A || B
>50 up to 250: B || C
>250: C 
Escalate to the next approver if approval request > 24 hours from request time and date. Each approver receives an email notification when a request requires their approval. 

For this, I have created an approval process with 3 approval steps, a custom checkbox field "assign secondary approver", workflow and a trigger. In case if the approval request is not acted upon for rejection or approval within 24 hours, "assign secondary approver" checkbox is checked after 24 hours of record submitted for approval. As soon as this happens, trigger gets activated to assign this record request to secondary approver. But somehow for me the workflow is not getting triggered at all.

Hi experts,

I am trying to build the following approval processes:

1) Record is submitted for approval to a Related user 
2) Related user has 24 hours to approve/reject.
3) If the Related user does not approve in 24 hours the request goes to User A. 
(User A is the same user for all approvals. User A is not a direct manager or delegated manager of Related User)

How can this be accomplished?
