Hi, i am working as a healthcare professional with 7 years of exp working in HL7 interface integration technologies like Mirth, ensemble engines. I want to switch my career in Salesforce.com and started learning using trailheads. Do you think its a right move and with less technical knowledge(not much practical experience in Java but good knowledge of all IT processes SDLC etc) ,can i get a job as Salesforce lead in Salesforce company? Please advice and share your experiences
