how to compare csv fields with sobject using custom settings dynamically?

I have single csv file having multiple fields (fields are related to different custom as well as stanard object )and i want to store data in csv to related custom and standard objects.Because of fields in csv may be increase or decrease over the time so we need to dynamic mapping using custom settings .Given csv uploaded from visualforce page so that we can not use workbench or data loader . how to do this?

ERROR at Row:1:Column:27 No such column 'BillingCountryCode' on entity 'Account'. If you are attempting to use a custom field, be sure to append the '__c' after the custom field name.

I found this error in my developer org but same query working in another org.
why BillingCountryCode is not  working in my org
