I have a Knowledge Searching custom report type to see what search terms users are searching. However, I am confused because I am getting multiple rows for the same search term. This is making it a tad tedious to keep a count of each specific search term being searched. Any idea why this could be happening and how to fix it? Thanks!
edit- this doesn't only happen for the search term 'internal' I see it happening for multiple other terms
Was wondering if it is possible when making a transaction security policy to have the email notification send to the user who triggered the transaction security alert's manager? right now i see in condition builder i can select a single recipient for every time its triggered, but could i have it be dynamic based upon which user triggers it? possibly by using apex? any ideas?
