Hello,

I have one scenario where I have 2 different Vfp. On 1st Vfp we have 1 button and on 2nd vfp also we have on the button and on both the button we have onclick event written.

Now I have to write some logic where I will click on 1st vfp button then it will redirect to the 2nd vfp and 2nd vfp button will fire dynamically. No need to click manually.

Are there any ways in which we can make connections between 2 vfp in order to pass id or parameter?

I am new to Salesforce Einstein Bot. I have created chat bot a set 2 rules in 1 dialog that customer input value "equals to PROFIT" and in 2nd rule "Not equals to PROFIT".

So, when customer insert PROFIT in upper case it's doing into 1st rule but When they insert as lower case "profit" or using PROFIT word in sentence like "How much profit I have earn?" than that values is not recognizing by 1st rule and it's always going in 2nd rule. 

Now for each of the customer they have different pattern to search for profit how to handle this scenario?

I click on a new button on the case object to create a new case record but instead of going on to the actual page, it is asking to select a record type. How can I skip select record type step and direct land on the case creation page?

I'm creating a case from the standard case creation page where I have kept one contact lookup field. So, before creating a case I can search the contact name, and then I will create the case, but I want to auto-populate contact phone number and email-based on the contact name. Is there any salesforce standard functionality I can use?
