My problem is I cannot revoke create/edit/delete access to Setup -> Picklist Value Set for profile. I have permission Customize Application unchecked and that blocks possibility to edit anything in Objects & Fields except mentioned one (but I read should also block this). Moreover, Read Only profile can create/edit/remove Picklist Value Set as well but shouldn't.

Is this a known issue or there is a possibility to disable Picklist Value Set but I forgot about sth?

I want to change picklist values for positive/negative feedback of Article Feedback component. I have the latest version. Component is managed, but on component page (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000FeGe7UAF) we see the info:

"The (Choose a general reason) picklist values are configurable in the Custom Metadata type: 'Reasons'.
Manage records here and that would automatically reflect in the component dropdown.
Check 'Like' field for liked reasons."

Unfortunately, after adding the value using hint above new value is not reflected on dropdown. Moreover, existing managed reasons don't match values on dropdown.

Do you know how to change picklist values?
