Hi ,Im new in this ,Please help me on this . A single email id is associated with multiple Accounts contact.So the contact field is blanked(in Email-to-case creation) due to this and a web email field is populated.I want to add a filter criteria dynamically on contact name based on web email address is showing .I dont want to show all the contacts in org i only want to show contact based on web email address .
