I have added an image in the pre-chat additional setting. The image displays on a desktop web browser but it does not display on a mobile browser. The Chatbot window increased because the background image is added but it displays as a blank space on a mobile browser

Has anyone experienced this and was able to resolve this issue?

Hi there,

I have created a macro to generate an email. When I click on the "From" button and select my email address and save it. When I run the macro it populates but when my team member runs the macro it does not populate with his email address.

When clicking on the "From" button it gives me an option of selecting mine and then the company email. 

I want the macro to run and populate the "From" button with whoever is sending the email.

is there a way to show the time in mm:ss when an agent accepts the chat?

the start date only shows when a the customer has started a chat with the bot. 

I have this formula on case object but the field is not getting populated
TEXT(Source:LiveChatTranscript.Chat_status__c)

I have created a lookup field to Chat transcript oject.

Any suggestions why the field is not populating?
