iam getting the Response of XML format from callout with bulk data, so i need to download the file , around 2k to 5k records with some fields like name,age,brand , i need to download names of 5thousand records with word document or xml file, i have added it to the list to display, but the thing is  list is not able to hold morethan 1k values, what wil be the better solution.

what is the solution if the LIST reaches morethan the limit, to disply or to download as a text file

 vscode  is not installed in the system, can i know the procedure for creating the scratch org,Weather  it is mandatory to install the vscode?
