Can I edit the name of the picklist value only for one record type and for other record type it should be same name 

Let's say I have a picklist value abc in status field for record type A . I want to change the name from abc to xyz for record type A and for record type B it should show as abc only

I have an objectA where I have a pick list field abc with some values. I want to have the same field value in another objectB or create a reference so that I have the same value in another objectB.

Object B is a lookup field in Object A.
