how to send bot conversation to live agent using Rest Api?

I want to send a bot conversation with the customer after handover to the live agent under the transcript body How can I achieve this using the Chat Rest Api (https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.live_agent_rest.meta/live_agent_rest/live_agent_rest_request_bodies.htm)? also is there another way to achieve this functionality?

How to pass Data from one VF page to another

I have two visual force pages, VF PAGE A, which has a WebSocket connection and receives updates on certain events, how can I send data received every time on VF Page A to VF PAGE B?

I tried to send the data through the same controller, using action function and setting the value of variable in controller but VF page B instance of variable remains empty.

Also tried using Iframe but I get sforce not defined( I have static resource in page A that uses multiple API's)

Live Agent Query Pre Chat Custom Details

I'm currently using the pre chat form from the documentation
https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.live_agent_dev.meta/live_agent_dev/live_agent_pre_chat_forms_code_sample.htm

How can I query the Custom Details such as Name, Case Id, Subject before accepting the case in Apex. Case Id is available in apex only after accepting the chat request.

Also found this but could not understand it.

how to query user presence status options?

I want to query presence status along with Options(Online/busy) for every presence status assigned to users. However, there is no field present for Options in the documentation.

$A.getCallback() [Cannot read property 'setParam' of null]

I'm new to aura components and I cannot figure out when I try to fire a component inside a callback function inside $A.getCallback() according to the documentation I get the error $A.getCallback() [Cannot read property 'setParam' of null]. I'm trying to fire the component inside a strophe.js hanlder function which is a callback function and only takes a single parameter.
