I was working on reusable VF component for email header and footer which contains View Email in your browser as a hyperlink and I am going to use this as header and footer in all my email templates created on Visualforce, How can I make View Email in your browser work, What could be the logic?

I have a site on experience builder, I have 2 sandboxes dev and sit, In dev when I try to log in from UI I am receiving an verification code on my email but when I do the same in SIT, I am directly getting logged in without verification code, I want verification code on my email in SIT as well.
I compared the following settings in DEV and SIT and both are identical

• Identity verifications - MFA as high assurance
• Session Settings - Require MFA for UI
• Profile level System permissions

Can anyone suggest what I could have missed here?

I want to place a simple text in the form of banner on top of the header in the experience builder, Is it possible?

I just need to display a text,

I am not able to place anything on top of the header at the moment
