I am trying to delete a custom object but I am met with this error 
Any ideas what this means and what i need to do in order to delete the object?

Hi, I was trying to see if there is a formula that would change phone numbers if they started with an area code instead of a mobile number and add a gap between it. E.g.
+61421521424 converts to +61 422512252 automatically
