Hi, Can Someone Help?

Hi,

I'm trying to create a 'new custom object'. There are 3 tabs, they are titled 'Deployment Status, Search Status & Object Creation Options'.
I do not have the field/option titled 'object creation options (Available only when custom object is created'.

How do I get this tab/option to appear on my screen?

I have screenshots of what is showing on my screen, and what I need.See highlighted section, I'm missing this on my screenThis is what I see
