Hello All, I am new to SF and would like some help on making a field required (validation) if a certain value is chosen from a picklist. We had developers build our org and now I would to expand further and the first time trying this (so please let me know if there's another easier way to do this rather than validation)

The field I want to be required is Property_Type__c if the field Accident_Type__c shows the value "Housing Disrepair" from the picklist value.
