We are looking to hire a full time sr. business analyst with technical skills to fill the following job description:
Develops, manages and implements processes and tools to conduct and manage business analysis activities, such as requirements gathering, specification writing, functional testing, project coordination and client sign-off; drives to common solutions and approaches for functional designs and project management.

Ensure timely activity and efficient use of resources to meet project demands.

Understands big picture of Corporate Sales Automation team and how the overall organization functions to achieve results; makes recommendations for addressing changes in the business from near-term and strategic perspectives.

Responsible for staff development in skills that are key to the success of the custom programming functions, including project coordination, client management, communication, project documentation, expectation management, change management, and issue escalation.

Conducts annual performance reviews on all associates directly managed. Responsible for department hiring and termination, as required.
