I need to find leads that are also accounts. We purchased some lists that include current customers. How would I go about doing this. We have thousands of leads, so going through  'Find Duplicates' for each is not reasonable.

I created a custom multi-select field for account and entered the choices when creating the field. When I am editing an account, the picklist is empty. When I go back to edit the custom field, the choices show up.

 

Any ideas?

I hid multiple tabs from my sales user in the profile, but the options (create campaign, cases, forecast, etc) are still there beneath the tabs. How can I hide that? And what are these links called in Salesforce?

How can I remove the delete button?

I tried through profiles, but it doesn't seem to allow you to uncheck that option.
