We are looking for a written S-control that would allow a user to make one click fill out a form and be able to log a call that would update the member status for a campaign in one shot.

Hi there,
I was wondering what the general rate out there is for a Salesforce administrator. I've worked with SFDC for 2 years now and am proficient in customization, implementation, best practices etc. I do not have any experience in programming (though I would love to learn :)).
Can anyone give me some basic ideas?
