Adding a custom link to contacts page

I seem to be having some trouble adding a custom URL to the contacts page.  I have created the Custom URL details, but when I go to page payout I don't see the field I created in the Custom Links section and cannot therefore add it to tany page layout.
 
Any advice greatly appreciated, thanks.

Salary Requirements

I'm curious, what is the salary range for a CRM administrator who will do some custom application work (custom objects, maybe some s-controls) as well as importing contacts, deduping, creating users, etc.
