Seeking experienced SFDC developer(s)

We're looking for a top flight developer with experience in salesforce.com integration for either an ongoing, permanent role, or for an eight to twelve month project. 
 
In addition to SFDC integration, experience with the following is important:
 
ASP.NET
C#
SQL
 
We're in California but are very open to working with offshore or remote developers as our dev team is currently comprised of several high level offshore developers.
