I want to know if there is a way to have a case attach a copy of itself for histroty/tracking purpases.  Our company uses Cases to track our orders, we get an order on Monday and by the time it gets processed the reps could have cgone into the case and made changes or added info to the order.  i woud like have SF  attached a copy of a cases when ever its created so that in case we ever need to do so, we can go back to the case/order and say..this is the original case/ order that was received. I was thinking that a PDF version would work but dont really care.  As long as the attachement can be accesssed down the road if ever need be.

I am looking for a way to do an automatic update on cases billing status picklist field when ever a user changes the a custom object pick list field.  Was wondering if anyone knows a work around on this?  I was told a custom  S control would prob do the trick.  HELP/?
