Hello, does anyone know of a forumula which can change a field to another field in opportunities after say 6 months. for instance changing the type from New Business to existing business automatically.
I am trying to find out if i can do something with opportunities.
I would like to have a drop down box with lists of our services (which i can do) and a drop down box with our competitors (whcih i can do) but i would like the competitors to change with each services as we have different competitors for different services.
