Hi.

The installation was very straight forward and finished quickly, but so far I have been unable to get the application to work successfully. Keep getting IE errors when clicking "next" after selecting the 2 case. Tried on both IE 7 and 8, with the latest Java version available. Message: Object doesn't support this property or method Line: 237 Char: 4 Code: 0 URI: https://na3.salesforce.com/servlet/servlet.Integration?lid=01N50000000DSve&eid=0015000000Huc2i&ic=1&retURL=%2F0015000000Huc2i&wrapMassAction=1&scontrolCaching=1&autoMapValues=1 Message: Object doesn't support this property or method Line: 2 Char: 1 Code: 0 URI: https://na3.salesforce.com/servlet/servlet.Integration?lid=01N50000000DSve&eid=0015000000Huc2i&ic=1&retURL=%2F0015000000Huc2i&wrapMassAction=1&scontrolCaching=1&autoMapValues=1

Any idea on how to fix so that we can make use of this application?

Thanks

Johann

Hi.
I have a formula currently setup to calculate the total business days it takes for a case from the time it opens until it closes:
"IF (IsClosed,(ROUND ( ClosedDate  - CreatedDate, 0) - (ROUND ( ClosedDate  - CreatedDate, 0)/7) * 2),(ROUND (NOW() - CreatedDate, 0) - (ROUND (NOW() - CreatedDate, 0)/7) * 2))"

This works really good, but as soon as a case is reopened and closed again, the closed date is changed and the new business day is completely wrong because it calculates until the new closed date.

I would now like to mark these cases as reopened cases in the report.
Does anybody have any idea how i can accomplish this?

Thanks
Johann
Hi.
I have just starting using this great app called "Case Detachifier" to try and minimize our space usage in Salesforce.

Unfortunately I keep getting a Microsoft .NET framework error popping up for different files.
We are using an ftp site to connect to, to upload the files.

here is the detail string of the error:

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

If anybody has some information on this, I would be glad to hear from you.
Thanks
