Freeman supports the power of face-to-face marketing by providing full service resources for corporate events, exhibit programs, expositions and conventions across North America. We are seeking an experienced CRM System Administrator to serve as Sales System Administrator. The Sales System Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the CRM application, salesforce.com, for the Exposition Services Sales business unit. This person will receive direction from the Director of CRM, Director of Sales Administration and the VP Sales Administration for the business unit to develop implement and maintain business processes and process changes. This position requires someone who is self-directed and able to prioritize multiple projects.

General Job Description:

  • Maintain role hierarchy for ES business unit
  • Reset user passwords
  • Add, delete and modify users as employees are hired, transferred or leave the organization
  • Act as the single point of contact for questions from the user group
  • Assist with bulk imports and ownership of leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities
  • Maintain security profiles and access rights for users
  • Maintain, add or delete auto-sharing rules
  • Configure custom reports and dashboards
  • Create, edit or delete custom fields and custom objects
  • Create Workflow Rules to improve business processes
  • Create and update custom page layouts and record types
  • Deliver training and communication to user groups
  • Understanding of integration of the CRM with other enterprise systems
  • Miscellaneous office duties

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent work experience
  • At least one (1) year previous CRM experience, salesforce.com strongly preferred
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Belief in the benefits of CRM and salesforce.com for the user group
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with managers of user group
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues
  • Detailed, organized and results oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills


Work Schedule:

Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
