Job Description:

The Project Lead will be responsible for managing a number of Salesforce.com (SFDC) implementation projects across Informa businesses. They will serve as technical lead during the implementation phase gathering business requirements and configuring SFDC to match those requirements. They will serve as support for users that require maintenance, configuration, reporting, customization, etc. They will report directly into Director of Fusion Account Management.
