I installed the Pollzter survey application to a Developer Edition. A cannot activate it because it says: The page cannot found. What can be the problem?

How do I have to do to uninstall it? Which anti-virus software could uninstall it?
I tried to install the Appexchange application Create Assets From Product Info to a Developer Edition to test it before installing in the customer's EE. I didn't managed to do that. How could I test it in Developer Edition?
