I'd like to be able to create an Event on the Convert screen when converting a Lead to an Account/Opportunity. We have a telemarketing team who calls large volumes of Leads and attempts to qualify and setup appointments with sales reps. To convert the Lead and schedule the Event (meeting), they now have to Convert the Lead, then open up the Account screen and then create an Event.

 

They would be much more efficient if they could click Convert, name the Opportunity, schedule the Event all on the Convert screen. Then they could go right back to the call list.

 

Anyone have any ideas or thoughts?
