Anyone have experience writing a Twitter to SFDC bot that users can query for information? Any ideas on where I might start with that?

I am using rich text area to upload images on to saleforce but when I go to leads and report the image will not show up, instead there is text saying "user add image", is the any way I can view the image in leads or reports, thank you for any help you can give me

Hi there,

I was wondering why the average on the report wizard calculates empty fields as value 0 entries and therefore distorts the result?
Example: report lead with converted information
this report will contain all leads but only some of them will be converted or rejected
only for rejected and converted leads there will be information about the 'days to qualify/reject'
it would be interesting to get the average of these values but the average is being calculated based on all leads in this report.

Is it possible to exclude empty fields from the average calculation?
