Can anyone tell me if banner ads by advertising network affiliates are allowed within Force.com ISV applications? If so, can you tell me what the rules are concerning their placement? Does having them affect the categorization of the application during the certification process (i.e. is freely downloaded app charged a certification fee if it includes revenue-generating banner ads)?
