How to install in office 2003

Dear all,
 
When I open excel, It prompt me "Compile Error in hidden module:Autoexec".
When I click sforce connector button , it prompt that
"The macro 'sforce_connect_for_pe.xla!sfDescribeAndQuery' cannot be found."
 
Could you tell me how to do?
