I have a 2 dropdowns. Depending on what is chosen in these 2 dropdowns determines what value will display in a 3rd dropdown.

How do I accomplish this in the fields area?

I also need to be able to override the formula manually on a limited basis.

I am having an issue which shouldn't be very complicated but is giving me problems. I need a field update on the account level to trigger an email sent to all contacts for that account. I've tried both criteria and a custom formula, neither of which work. Anyone have any ideas?
