I'm new to salesforce. So this is probably an easy one.

I have an apex page that was written in html and wraped in apex. The html is a form that the client would fill out to create an invoice. Then when they click [submit] I need to creat a record for that in a database.

Now I know its possible but i'm not sure how to go about it exactly.

So I work for a software consultant company. I've been tasked with figuring out how this salesforce stuff. If I develop an app how do I get paid?

Do people who use my app have to have a salesforce acount?

Is there a person who I can talk to about any of this?

I'm new to salesforce development. I was wondering if any knew how to go about getting a data entry grid component for a form. i need it in a scroll pane so the user can enter in as many item number as needed. If someone has any direction it would be great.
