I have the Web-to-Lead functionalityin two different pages!

I have a field in Lead; Type

How can I do a trigger to say; If this lead comes from page1, then the type=1, but if it comes from the page2, then the type=2????

I've done a Web-to-Lead but I have a checkbox where, if it's uncheked, the sumbit button must be rendered, but if It's checked, the submit button must appears!
