I want to call services which is running in intranet i.e on private port not on public port. How Can I call that services.

When I am calling that services from private port I am getting TimeOutException.Please, help me!

I have developer account in salesforce. I am using following step to set delegated Gateway URL.

Setup-> Security Controls->Single-Sign-on Setting

But I am not getting only SAML enabled checkbox option. Please help me why I am not getting that option.
