We are looking to employ a Trainer/Project Manager on a short term contract basis (6 months) to lead the 'roll out' of Salesforce.com to our sales teams around the world.
Our project plan is in place and agreed and we have excellent technical expertise in-house who will manage Salesforce day to day and make new functionality available, but now need a specialist to:
- manage and lead the implementation of the project
- document the organization's business processes & map them to Salesforce
- develop a critical training programme, focussed on initial delivery but also providing an ongoing Legacy
- train a global sales and support team of over 50 staff plus executives in Salesforce functionality
The training will need to be designed to ensure adoption and engagement with all end users to improve productivity and bottom line results throughout our organisation which will be our ultimate measure of adoption success.
Applicants must have a proven track record of project management and end user design and delivery on Salesforce.com roll outs. You must also be prepared to work 40hours per week (from the Essex HO) and be flexible in the times worked to ensure effective liaison with overseas teams
