We have developed a managed App (published) and is currently used by our clients. It has custom fields and custom links.

Can we change the address of custom links? If so can you let me know how and where can I find any documentation related to it.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

We are trying to develop an interface on our external site for customer to track their cases, submitted through web to case.

We are currently using Professional Edition of Salesforce. I know we cannot use API to pull information from Salesforce and display it. I would like to know what are other options (apart from upgrading to Enterprise) like are there any apps on appexchange which do it, or work arounds.

Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

We have a integration application which allows clients to integrate (push) information from our portal to their salesforce accounts.

By default the partner WSDL points to production servers, We use partner WSDL. Many of our clients want to test it in their sandboxes. We would like to know how do we direct the API call to sandbox servers.

And to test it, how can we get access to sandbox environment, because as far as I know sandbox is only available to enterprise and unlimited editions. As a customer we use professional edition and as an app development company we use developer edition.

Any help/ suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I am trying to provide links to cases in salesforce from our content management system, is there a way to link to a case based on the case number.

I know we can link based on caseid, but is there a way with case number like https://na5.salesforce.com/case_number instead of https://na5.salesforce.com/CaseID

Hi,

We created a form to capture leads from our Website, and it works fine. But we had issue about leads getting duplicated, so we created a custom field to maitain the integrity.

Now do we have any way to find if the insert failed because it was trying to insert a duplicate record, when the request is submitted through WebToLead, so I can send an email to our team.

I will be waiting for suggestion/replies, any help on this is greatly appreciated.
