I am using rich text area to upload images on to saleforce but when I go to leads and report the image will not show up, instead there is text saying "user add image", is the any way I can view the image in leads or reports, thank you for any help you can give me

I am work as a volunteer in camara.Camara is a volunteer-based organisation that uses technology to improve education in Africa our site is www.camara.ie and we have having trouble letting user access the camara salesforce site page, we wish to be able to let volunteers access the site so they can view there the number of hour they have volunteered, but then we enter a new user info is say the site in not enabled.

I creating a timetracker for volunteers, i want volunteer to be able to enter there own private password, to log them self in and log out of the timetracker using a visualforce page.
