I have two questions on S2S

1. Can we have assignment rules to auto-forward Leads to partners using a connection in S2S?

2. Is there a way for Partners to convert shared Leads and create Accounts/Opportunities/Contacts in the parent organization?

Want to know whether a Web2Lead form that is hosted in a private website and transmit data to Salesforce.com on submitting the form, do it in a secure way? Does it use something like secure socket layer (SSL) when it sends data over the web to Salesforce.com?

If not, is there a way to make it secure?

We are looking at sending some sensitive data like National ID, Credit Card Number etc and hence this requirement to send data in a secure way.
